If your question is answered in the FAQs or the "how to install" page, you may not receive a response. We aim to focus our resources on maintaining the service.
Yes. Our preferred app is DuplexPlay. There is a cost associated with it. We have written instructions for using DuplexPlay on the "how to install" page.
No. Our service does not use SOPlayer. Download one of our apps using the "how to install" page.
Your login credentials are on your website dashboard. Login to "my account" to view your login credentials.
The up to date port url is always available on the "how to install" page.
The service can be used with TiviMate. You will need to select the "Xtream codes" option and you will need the port url on the "how to install" page.
You may cancel at any time from the "my account" page.
