Authorization:

By making a payment on this website, you acknowledge that you are authorized to make this payment. You acknowledge you have the cardholder’s permission to be making any payment under their name, or that you are the cardholder making the payment.

Refunds:

After your purchase, refunds are not accepted. It costs us money to create accounts; therefore, refunds are not accepted after purchase under any circumstance. Testing our service with a trial is highly recommended before buying a higher package. As trials are free so customers can test the service prior to making a purchase, no refunds will be granted. Customers may cancel their subscription at any time, however, subscriptions are not prorated. We do not offer prorated refunds for cancelled subscription plans. There will be no refunds or credits for partial months of service, upgrade/downgrade refunds, or refunds for months unused with an open account. Customers on automated payments may cancel automated payments at any time, however, we do not offer refunds once you have been charged for the next period. To ensure an attempt to cancel was not made without the customer’s consent, we do not cancel subscriptions on behalf of the customer via a written request to cancel. The customer may login to the online account to cancel automated payments.

Disputes:

If a payment is disputed for any reason, the service will be suspended immediately pending the results of the dispute. As disputes may take up to 180 days to be resolved, disputes that are not resolved prior to the expiration date of the service will not be extended beyond the original expiration date. If an additional payment is made to replace the disputed transaction, the original expiration date will be retained. ANY TIME LOST DUE TO A DISPUTE WILL NOT BE ADJUSTED UPON RESOLUTION OR ADDITIONAL PAYMENT.

After Your Purchase:

Accounts can take 12-24 hours to activate; however, most accounts are activated instantly. Before contacting us about how to install any addons, please see the install page that can be found at the top of our website under the “How to Install” link.

Support:

We offer support for the duration of your subscription via the support ticket system on our website. Support may take up to 24 hours for a response. We encourage users to browse the knowledgebase and/or how to install page for answers to most problems.

Content: 

To keep the service running at its best, you may experience intermittent down time for maintenance and upgrades. We reserve the right to control content on our platforms. Providers may add or remove content at any time. We have multiple apps that are compatible with our service, however, some apps are not maintained by us. As a result, an app that is listed as compatible with our app may not be available. We are not responsible for nor do we manage compatible apps. You understand that a different source to use the service may be required.

Requirements:

Must have a supported device and HIGH SPEED INTERNET. A speed of 15MBPS ON THE DEVICE you are using is recommended. A device with available memory and sufficient hardware is required. If your internet provider is throttling or blocking access to our services, a VPN is highly recommended on the device you are using.
