Cashapp Payment Issues

PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE ARTICLE TO AVOID DELAYING YOUR PAYMENT PROCESSING

If you paid the original invoice amount with the correct payment note in cashapp (skip to next section if you did not input a payment note or input an incorrect note in the original payment:

READ THIS ENTIRE SECTION!!! The system is automated. Click the invoice then click make payment/check status and it will search for the payment note. This can take up to 30 seconds. Refresh the page after 30 seconds and it should update. If the invoice does not mark as paid AND the payment note was entered correctly, open a ticket and indicate the note you entered. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PAYMENT NUMBER CHANGES WITH EVERY INVOICE. CHECK THE ENTIRE NUMBER ON YOUR INVOICE TO ENSURE YOU INPUT THE CORRECT NOTE. If you did not enter a payment note or entered the note incorrectly, see the following instructions. 

If you did not input the payment note correctly or did not input a payment note in cashapp:

If the payment note was entered incorrectly or no payment note was entered in cashapp, there is a $5 manual search fee that must be sent WITH THE CORRECT PAYMENT NOTE from the same cashapp as the original transaction for our department to perform a manual search. Please make sure you include the correct payment note to avoid having to pay the search fee more than once. If there is no payment with the correct payment note, you will need to send a payment with the correct note. Click the invoice then click make payment/check status to find your payment note. Enter the payment note ONLY. DO NOT ADD ANYTHING TO THE NOTE EXCEPT THE NUMBERS IN THE PAYMENT NOTE. NO WORDS!!! YOUR NOTE SHOULD ONLY BE THE NUMBERS IN THE PAYMENT NOTE. Please use these instructions and pay the applicable search fee prior to opening a ticket. Make sure when you open a ticket that you indicate the payment note you entered in cashapp.  WE CANNOT MANUALLY SEARCH FOR THE PAYMENT UNTIL THERE IS A PAYMENT IN CASHAPP WITH THE CORRECT NOTE AND A TICKET IS OPENED WITH THE PAYMENT NOTE TYPED!!! Make sure you send the search fee from the same account as the original transaction. We cannot match the search fee to the original transaction if they are from different accounts. 

As stated on the invoice, DO NOT PAY YOUR FULL INVOICE AMOUNT MORE THAN ONCE. YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND PAYING THE FULL INVOICE MORE THAN ONCE. If you paid the full invoice more than once (regardless of any reason why although it states not to do so), you will need to submit the $5 search fee with your payment note from your most recent invoice for each additional payment if you would like those additional payments searched and applied as an extension. Note: If you paid the invoice two additional times, do not send a $10 search fee. You will need to send a $5 search fee with your payment note from your most recent invoice separately for each additional payment. All refund requests are declined. ANY DISPUTE FOR ANY REASON WILL RESULT IN A PERMANENT SUSPENSION.
